Unfortunately, many of these good intentions won’t get past being an intention and even if they do most will be a thing of the past after a few weeks.

Some of the most common new years resolutions revolve around health, fitness and wellbeing. Gym memberships soar as people set out with the will to lose weight, get fit or develop that body they have dreamed of. However, many people never reach their goals!

Most often people become demotivated as they struggle to reach their goals. As someone who has trained for over 8 years, I totally understand how easy it is to become demotivated with slow or even no progress being made.
