Your Free No Obligation Taster Session will last around 30 minutes and includes an initial consultation with me and a day pass to a gym based in the heart of Holloway Road in North London.
During your initial consultation with me we will:
- determine your goals
- clarify what you want to achieve from your personal training and
- establish where you are right now including your lifestyle
I will:
- create a programme of exercises for the taster session specifically tailored for you
- take you through, step by step, the exercises and
- teach you how to do them during the session, so you can take that knowledge away with you.
You’ll need to act fast as I only open a limited number of sessions every month.

I know what it takes to achieve results myself so I don’t just talk the talk! I have challenged myself to use my years of training experience to take up competitive bodybuilding, qualifying for the British finals of the UKBFF “Man’s Physique” and “Muscle Men’s Physique” in 2015 and 2017 respectively. That’s me in the middle!
